1. A learning tool, not an official test
CELPIP Mock Test is operated by Leask as an independent speaking-practice service. By using the app, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
The app provides original practice tasks, automated feedback, sample answers, and estimated language levels. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. No score, CLB estimate, sample answer, or support review is an official CELPIP result or a guarantee of future performance.
Do not rely on practice scores for immigration, employment, admission, professional certification, or any other decision requiring an official language-test result. Obtain the assessment required by the relevant institution.
2. Your account and responsible use
Use your own account and keep access secure. Do not share authorization codes, access tokens, or private recording links. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you submit.
Do not upload another person's voice without permission, confidential exam materials, or unlawful content. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, circumvent usage limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and usage
Where offered, monthly and annual memberships are purchased through Apple. The app and Apple's purchase confirmation show the localized price, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. An annual plan is billed as the full annual amount, not monthly instalments.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple before renewal. An eligible free trial converts to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled in time. Eligibility and availability are determined by Apple; a trial is not guaranteed for every user or each plan. Follow Apple's cancellation instructions. Refund requests are handled through Apple.
Both plans provide 20 new scoring submissions per UTC day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. The allowance is shared across devices and plans; unused submissions do not carry over. A new answer or manually requested retry of failed scoring uses a submission. Automatic technical retries and replaying the same upload do not use an additional submission. A failed scoring result does not automatically restore the daily allowance.
You can read saved results after a subscription expires. Deleting the app or your practice account does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore purchases if needed, with the original Apple and practice accounts.
For the App Store app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These service terms do not remove rights granted by applicable consumer law.
4. Practice materials and your recordings
Practice questions, sample answers, and synthetic voices are learning aids, not official exam content or approved model answers. Basic samples target easier language; the CLB 4–5 description is a learning target, not a certified score for a sample.
You retain your rights in recordings you submit. You authorize us to process and store them as needed to provide scoring, playback, feedback, and a human review only when you request one, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This is not permission to use your responses for subsequent model training.
Use the app's materials for your personal practice. The public support repository does not make the app, question bank, or its artwork open-source. CELPIP and other third-party names remain the property of their owners.
5. Availability and changes
The service requires an internet connection and depends on external infrastructure and AI services. Processing can be delayed or fail. Development versions may change and are not a promise of public availability.
We may update practice content, model routes, and features. We do not guarantee a particular score, uninterrupted availability, or a response time for support. Material changes to service terms will be communicated before they apply where required.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
