Request deletion in the app
- Open Account in CELPIP Mock Test. On the membership screen, open the account menu.
- Select Delete account and read the confirmation.
- Confirm your identity with Apple when requested.
- Confirm deletion. Your account and practice history will no longer be available in the app.
If you cannot sign in
Email i@leaskh.com with the subject CELPIP Mock Test account deletion. Explain that you want to delete your account and cannot use the in-app option. We will explain how to verify ownership privately.
Do not send passwords, Apple authorization codes, payment details, or recordings. Do not open a public GitHub issue with account information.
What happens to your data
Deletion removes your account-linked practice history, saved scores, transcripts, and feedback. Deletion of stored recordings is queued and retried if a storage service is temporarily unavailable; it is not always instantaneous.
Limited transaction, security, and deletion-audit records may remain for verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Provider-held copies and backups, where present, follow their applicable retention process. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete your server account.
Cancel your subscription separately
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Manage your subscription in your device's Apple account settings before deleting the practice account. Follow Apple's cancellation guide. Apple handles refund requests through Report a Problem.
